The Merge Assistant removes duplicates within a bureau and combines records across bureaus. Employments, Addresses, Inquiries, Tradelines, Collections and Public records are merged.

Merge Assistant Features:
  • Multiple Merge Styles - Credit files can be merged using any of the following styles:
    • Pick - The entire segment is chosen based upon its relative accuracy.
    • Blend - A composite segment is created using individual fields from each of the bureaus.
    • Stack - De-duped segments from each bureau are associated together to show a side-by-side comparison.
  • Merge Depth Options - Configuration parameters are adjustable to control the way in which the Merge Assistant considers duplicates and determines the best field to use in a Blend Style.
  • API - An easy-to-use API is provided that allows an option to chose which bureaus to merge.
  • Merged and Un-Merged Data - Both the merged and un-merged data can be used at the same time.
